Vitamin K contributes to bone maintenance under normal conditions.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium.

B vitamins (B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12) and iron reduce fatigue and tiredness.
Copper, selenium, zinc and vitamins B2, C and E contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.
How should Longyvit be taken?
1 capsule a day, preferably before a meal, accompanied with some liquid. It is recommended to take a minimum of 3 months.
