Coconut oil is the vegetable oil contains more saturated fatty acid (over 90%). It contains only about 8% of AGP that are lost when hydrogenated.
Most of the AGS coconut oil are MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides). MCT represent 50 and 70% of the fatty acids from coconut oil, the most abundant being lauric, caprylic and capric followed.
