Marnys Citronella Essential Oil 15 ml

The Marnys® Citronella Essential Oil is 100% pure and chemotyped, that is to say, it has a defined composition and is 100% of natural origin. Citronella has been obtained by distillation by dragging water vapour and has not been denatured or mixed with other oils, which ensures the properties of the essential oil. Marnys® Citronella Essential Oil contains the chemotypes: citronellal, geraniol and citronellol. Its color and appearance goes from mild yellow to amber. Its properties, such as its lemon-like taste, favour food use. Marnys® Citronella Essential Oil is of food quality, and its particular citrus flavour is used as a neutraliser for excessively spicy flavours, very typical of Asian cuisine. The lemon flavour of Citronella is excellent with garlic, chili and coriander, being widely used in curries, fish soups, sauces, fried food, salads, pickles and marinades. Citronella is usually added to sweet and sour soups of Thai cuisine, which is combined with coconut milk. Instructions for use: -Always take diluted, 1-2 drops in 250 g of food (juice, infusion, salad). Maximum 3 times a day.
