Pranarom Bitter Orange Essential Oil

Originally from China, the bitter orange tree has spread throughout the Mediterranean climate, and from it an essential oil with a very pleasant aroma is extracted, whose simple inhalation provides tranquility, relaxation and harmony.  

Hence the interest shown in its atmospheric diffusion in places where it is important to control stress.

Tips & tricks:

1 drop AEQT Bitter orange + 1 drop dAEQT Rosemary verbenone chemotype in a small amount of cream greatly benefit oily skin. 

The same application is valid for oily hair.

For a return to work without stress or anguish: 

In massage - on the inside of the wrists and then breathe: 2 drops AEQT Bitter orange in a few drops of vegetable oil - 3 to 6 times a day. 

Bath - Dilute the AEQT in soapy water or milk. 

From 3 years and until 12: 6 drops AEQT Bitter orange. 

For adults: 12 drops AEQT Bitter orange

Tip:

2 drops 3 times a day on a neutral support (Honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil).
